As I count my blessings this holiday season I want you to know you are a major part of it. You have certainly been a part in making my business what it is today and for that, I am extremely grateful.May you enjoy this season and may good things in your life be in abundance this Thanksgiving and throughout the year. I always like to let you know some of the things I am thankful for, which all start with my wife, four children and now five grandchildren!
Scott, Sheila and their three children continue to make me proud every day. For those who have grandchildren, you know that it is one of the greatest blessings in life. I can’t tell you enough how I love going to their sporting events, shows, birthdays, vacations, award ceremonies, but especially their unconditional love. I feel very fortunate having Scott and Sheila and while they are rather busy they remain terrific parents. Their children come first in everything that they do.
Possibly the most exciting news this year is the birth of my fifth grandchild, James Joseph Galbally. He was born in July of this year and came to Ocean City almost every weekend with his parents and sister Paige. Susan and I are lucky that they love the shore, giving us more time to watch them grow up practically in front of our eyes. My wife took on the monumental task of babysitting the two for each week day for the entire month of October. I really don’t know how she has the energy but they all loved every second of it.
Caitlin and Ryan recently celebrated their first anniversary and are enjoying life! We will all be together this Thanksgiving to help them celebrate. Ryan has a terrific career in private equity and Caitlin recently joined Perry Ellis in their online marketing department. As busy as they are at work, like many young people they travel extensively on the weekends. Better get it in now, as hopefully little ones will be in their future.
Colin’s continues to grow My Medicare Pro, “Making Your Medicare Decisions Easy”, with outstanding results. I am honored to receive many compliments from friends and clients whom he has helped this past year. As a Father, there is nothing greater than hearing good things about your children. Colin currently lives in Center City, by the art museum but comes to Blue Bell often to visit his mother and me, sometimes after meeting with clients.
Justin, Stacey and their three children, like Scott and Sheila are enjoying their hectic schedules as parents do when raising children. They are also incredible parents who are experiencing one of the greatest gifts in the world.
I am extremely thankful for our partner Jon Sobotkin, while behind the scene to many, keeps our company strong and productive. He is incredibly well organized has an excel spread sheet for every project he is given. My clients are amazed at the technology he brings to Blue Bell Private Wealth Management, including a tenured College Professor who asked for his help in her presentations.
Jim Behr has grown tremendously over the last number of years and can do it all. Jim has become an asset to me searching for good purchases especially in the CEF space. Like my son Colin, Jim is enjoying life living in center city Philadelphia.
Alex LaRosa joined the team full time this year. Alex is an amazing young man who served four years in the United States Marines Corps. Alex began at BBPWM as an intern and eared himself a full-time position.
Hank Fox continues to build his advisory business helping clients with anything that they need.
If you have ever called our office you have probably spoken to Bonnie Indelicarto. I have heard from many clients that they love how pleasant their conversations with Bonnie are. Bonnie has learned to do it all and has become extremely efficient in all aspects of client servicing. Bonnie’s husband is a photographer and has a wedding to photograph almost every weekend, Bonnie is right there with him ensuring that the lighting is perfect and that the poses are just right.
Our newest team member is Maureen Dever. Bonnie has taken Maureen under her wing and I am impressed with how much Maureen as already learned. Maureen lives in Blue Bell with her husband and three children and is a Member of the Saint Helena’s Home & School Board and Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School Alumni Advisory Board.
I am fortunate to work with some of the greatest colleagues, who allow me to continue to do what I love without the pressure and stress so many people experience at this job. They all join me in wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving and joyous holiday season!
